At Aira Braids & Locs, every appointment is more than just a hairstyle—it's confidence, comfort, and care in one. Thank you for choosing Aira Braids & Locs! Please review our booking policies carefully. By booking, you agree to the following terms.

Please note: We operate as a team. The stylist who answers your call or message may not be the stylist who services your appointment. All of our professionals are skilled and capable of providing quality service.

Appointments & Booking

  • Please be on time for your appointment.
  • Deposit Policy: A $25 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment.
  • If unable to pay on this site, please send your deposit through Zelle to 404-542-1926.
  • Your spot isn't secured until your deposit is received.
  • After sending your Zelle payment, please text a screenshot along with your full name, appointment time, and service booked.
  • Final payments must be made in cash or Zelle.
  • A small processing fee may apply for electronic payments.
  • Reschedule Policy: You must reschedule at least 24 hours in advance for your deposit to transfer to your new appointment. Missed or late reschedules will forfeit the deposit.

Hair & Extensions

  • Braiding hair is included in all services.
  • For styles requiring synthetic curly hair, clients must provide it.
  • Recommended brands: Freetress for synthetic styles.
  • For human hair, Aira Beauty recommends Aira Beauty 100% Human Hair (available for purchase at https://airabeautyworld.com) OR in house.
  • Please text 24 hours before your appointment to confirm your desired hair color is in stock.
  • Aira Beauty recommends 2-3 packs of human hair for bohemian styles. Any additional packs (4+) will incur a $100 fee per pack.

Hair Preparation Requirements

  • Hair must be clean, product-free, detangled, and blow-dried straight from roots to ends (unless discussed prior).
  • Please advise if locs are damaged and need repair.
  • Styles may take longer depending on hair texture and density.
  • No extra guests or children are allowed unless they have a booked appointment.

  • Aftercare is the client's responsibility; style longevity depends on your hair type, maintenance, and lifestyle.
